MISH agrees to provide architectural and engineering services as defined in the approved Project Proposal.
Services are executed following international phase standards: Pre-Design, Schematic Design (SD), Design Development (DD), and Construction Documents (CD).
Any services requested beyond the initial "Scope of Work" will be treated as an Additional Service and will require a formal Change Order.
All concepts, drawings, 3D models, specifications, and design documents created by MISH remain the exclusive intellectual property of the firm.
The Client is granted a one-time, non-transferable license to use the designs solely for the specific project and site mentioned in the contract.
Reproduction, modification, or reuse of the designs for other locations without written consent from MISH is strictly prohibited.
MISH guarantees that all designs will adhere to the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and the specific Urban Identity Guidelines of the project location (e.g., Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah).
Our technical output is delivered in professional digital formats (BIM/CAD) compatible with international construction and contracting requirements.
To maintain the project timeline, the Client must provide all necessary site data (e.g., Topographic Surveys, Soil Reports) and timely feedback at each milestone.
MISH is not liable for delays resulting from third-party approvals or missing information from the Client’s side.
We provide a specific number of revision rounds (as per the proposal) for each design phase to ensure alignment with the Client’s vision.
Major structural or conceptual changes requested after a phase has been formally approved will be subject to additional professional fees and timeline adjustments.
